Dietary supplement of vitamins of the B group with taurine, caffeine and medium chain carbohydrates. Available in 60-ml packs.
Green coffee is a source of caffeine made available more gradually compared with anhydrous caffeine. Green coffee also has the virtue of antioxidant properties.
- Double source of caffeine: anhydrous caffeine and caffeine from green coffee extract (unroasted coffee);
- Taurine: is able to supply a series of effects, from the ergogenic one, to that of counterbalancing oxidative stress and DOMS;
- Magnesium hydroxide, added for the purpose of buffering any gastric acidity that could occur in predisposed subjects;
- Isomaltulose, a sugar with a low glycaemic index and therefore with a slower absorption rate.
